Jeanne Fourrier Haynie

Jeanne Fourrier Haynie, 97, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018. Jeanne was born October 28, 1920 in Baton Rouge, LA.
Jeanne had a tremendous sense of humor and loved to laugh. She was known for her incredible sense of style. She loved to go out to eat, enjoyed her nightly glass of wine, and working crossword puzzles. Jeanne was an incredibly strong woman, mentally and physically. Everyone will miss sitting around her table laughing, telling stories and eating her great food.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Haynie; parents, Lawrence and Felice Fourrier; sisters, Laura Diel and husband Charlie, Elise Whitaker Miller; brothers, Dr. Daniel Fourrier, Lionel Fourrier and wife Rosemary, Francis Fourrier and wife Anne, Lawrence (Larry) Fourrier and wife Carmen, Brother Felician (Adolph) Fourrier, and brother-in-law Johnny Daniel.
Survivors include: Daughter, Diane Lyons and husband Gene, Grandchildren Gavin Lyons and Douglas Lyons, her daughter Kirby Howard and partner Paul Eckles; sister, Josie Daniel; sister-in-law, Lorraine Fourrier; many nieces, nephews and friends; and Granddog, Bogie;
