Jeanne Beverly Newby

Jeanne Beverly Newby, 90, of Bedford passed away April 28 in Fort Worth.
Inurnment to be held in San Diego, CA at a later date.
Mrs. Newby was born June 9, 1926 in San Diego, CA to Harry and Ethel Lemmon. She married Ross Newby and shared 55 years of married life until his passing in 2001 . She was a homemaker, loved bingo, was Past President of NW Texas Hospital Auxillary and served as one of the first docents at LBJ Library in Austin.
Mrs. Newby was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother Tommy and sister Betty; she is survived by her son Steve (Sandra) Newby; daughter Lynne (Larry) Dewey; son Randy Newby; grandchildren Kelly (Jeffery) Gregory, Paul (Jeanette) Newby and Lance (Melanie) Dewey; and great-grandchildren Nathan Newby, Angelica Gregory, Corwin Newby and Rossleigh Dewey.
