Jeanne Crandall Sloan

Jeanne Carol Crandall Sloan, 89, was called home to Heaven, Sunday, May 9, 2021. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas.

Jeanne was born December 8, 1931 in Houston, Texas to Ola Mae McDonald and Harry James Crandall. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Jeanne married Robert Sloan Jr in 1951. He preceded her in death in 2014.

Those left to cherish her memory: daughters, Lynn Dean and her husband, Thomas of San Antonio and Corinne Sloan of Euless; grandchildren, Katelyn Kasper and her husband, Matthew of Hewitt and David Dean of San Antonio; great-grandchildren, Caleb and a little girl on the way.

In lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Jeanne Sloan may be made to Mission Arlington or the Salvation Army.
