Jeannine J. Stevens Forrey

Jeannine J. Stevens Forrey of Keller, TX passed away on Sunday
October 13, 2019 in Keller, Texas. She will be remembered as a
loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and grandmother to
all that knew and loved her. She was born June 22, 1939 in
Snoqualmie Falls, Washington to Wayne M. Stevens and Beryl
Brainard Stevens.
Jeannine married her High School sweetheart July 9, 1959 in the
Idaho Falls Temple for time and all eternity, Idaho Falls, ID. She
is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She loved the gospel and enjoyed all of the callings she held. She
went to secretarial college earning a certificate and became a
secretary at Ricks College which is now BYU-Idaho. She became
a mother in 1960 and 1963. Jeannine loved doing crafts, making
things, and with the help of her husband, her ideas came to life.
She enjoyed cross stitching, candle making, and quilting. Jeannine
loved roses; she had a rose garden at every place she lived.
Jeannine loved life, and her family.
Jeannine is survived by her husband, Paul L. Forrey of Keller, TX;
daughter Cyndie L. Forrey Matchett of Keller, TX; son Terry R.
Forrey & wife Kerri Forrey of Lake Bay, WA; grandchildren:
Jessica Matchett of Austin, TX; Nicole Matchett of Salt Lake City,
UT & Danial Matchett of Keller, TX; brother Daru Stevens of
Oakhurst, CA and numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and
brothers-in-law. She is preceded in death by Wayne M. Stevens &
Beryl Brainard Stevens, her parents.
The visitation and viewing is taking place on Saturday, October
19, 2019 from 10-10:45 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints, 2001 Willis Lane Keller, TX 76248. The
Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am at the same location.
