Jennifer Erin Giese

Jennifer Erin Giese was born on Feb 6, 1978 in Dallas, Texas to Martha Westbrook Selph and H.D. Selph. She passed from this world on August 9th, 2021 at the age of 43. She will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, and friend to all that knew her.

Jennifer graduated from LD Bell High School in 1996 where she dazzled everyone with her amazing tumbling skills and school spirit as a varsity cheerleader.

She married the love of her life, Brett Giese in 2002 and spent her time loving and caring for their three precious children.
In 2015 she graduated with her BSN in Nursing from Texas Tech. After nursing school she worked at Cook Children’s caring for countless children. She was an amazing nurse that put her heart and soul into every patient.

Jennifer was deeply loved and will be missed by her many friends and family. She will always and forever be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, humor, intelligence and deep love of her family. Her devotion to her family was boundless and all her time went to them. Often that time was spent cheering on her children as they competed in marching band, soccer, and cheer. Jennifer loved to be on the water or in the mountains. She loved the ocean and the many trips to the beach with her family most of all.

Jennifer is survived by her husband Brett, son Bryce, daughters Alexis and Ashleigh, and sister Delana Drysdale. We know that she is with her Savior Jesus Christ and has eternal peace.
