Jeremy Keane, our wonderful Son, passed away on January 5, 2020 at home in Forth Worth, TX. He will always be remembered as a loving, goodhearted, handsome, hardworking, smart, sarcastic, funny, and sensitive Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Friend and Coworker to all that knew him and loved him. Jeremy was born on June 20, 1978 in Denver, Colorado to Rick and Corie Keane. Jeremy was the second of four siblings. Moved to Lincoln, NE when he was a baby. At age 9, moved to Memphis, TN in 1987. During his growing up years in Memphis, TN, he made lifelong friends, and enjoyed life. Played cards with guys through all hours of the morning, and took turns having poker night at each other’s house. He played baseball, beach volleyball tournaments, and other activities, that he enjoyed with his friends. Jeremy worked at Subway, Perkins, and FedEx. He bought an old truck and customized it into a cool red low-rider pickup, with a loud system. He graduated from Kirby High School in 1996.
Due to his dads BNSF transfer to Ft Worth, and sister getting married, Jeremy decided to move to Ft Worth. He went to school, and received and Associates Degree in Computer Science. He worked at Fox & Hound and Main Event before he was hired as a forklift driver, at FedEx Freight in Ft Worth. At the time, he didn’t know a forklift from a golf cart. He loaded and unloaded trailers for almost 10 years, and became one of the best loaders FedEx had. Jeremy loved the Cubs, Nebraska football, and Denver Broncos. He loved animals especially his 2 feline friends, Kitty and Cooper, canine friend, Rufus, who passed before him. For fun, he enjoyed going on cruises, and spending time with his twin brothers and friends. He liked to play disc golf, sand volleyball, and watch 80s movies. Jeremy would often make his weekend phone calls to friends and family to keep in touch. Friends would say that Jeremy is stuck in the 80s, which were his best memories. Jeremy had no censor, and spoke it like it was. That’s what make Jeremy. We love you and miss you terribly. You will be in our hearts and memories forever…
