Jeremy Todd Rhoden, 45, of Burleson passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Monday at Turning Point Church in Fort Worth. Interment: Cope Cemetery. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield.
Jeremy served with the Fort Worth Police Department for 22 years with the last eight as a Homicide Detective. He was a dedicated member of Burleson Masonic Lodge #649 and served was District Deputy Grand Master of District 63, a position to which he was appointed in 2018. Jeremy was also a member of the Moslah Shriner Patrol Unit. Jeremy loved being outdoors, traveling, reading, being on the beach, playing golf and had an ambition to learn to play the guitar. He was a devoted husband, father, son, uncle and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He led a life full of service to others. Jeremy was preceded in death by his father, Robert Rhoden.
Survivors: Wife, Sandra Rhoden; daughters, Adlin, Courtney Robinson and husband, David, Callie Castillo; mother, Dolauris; brother, Joshua and wife, Sarah; nephews, Caden, Callon and close family friend Yolanda Bristow and her family as well as numerous other friends in law enforcement. Pallbearers will be: Kyle Dishko, John Lamond, David Yerigan, Danny Paine, Winky Hix, Billy Randolph, Chase Crabb, Shane Drake. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Marshall Meyer and Martin Dalby.
