Jerry Lee Eastham, age 75, passed away peacefully at home on January 24, 2022. Born in Tuscon, Arizona, on September 28, 1946, to Carole and Morris Eastham, the family would soon settle in Fort Worth, TX. Jerry graduated from Paschal High School and would later spend over 30 years working in the aerospace industry, retiring as a Lead man and having helped build aircraft ranging from the space shuttle to F-16 jets, B-2 bombers and a variety of commercial planes.
Jerry was a man of many interests, always looking for opportunities to learn and know more. He was happy to share his stories - from his first job as a movie theater usher to drafting and building houses or running a photography studio that took finish-line shots at the local horse-racing track. His curiosity and ability to turn his hand to any task was a hallmark of his character, as much as his great love of family.
He is survived by his forever love and wife of 44 years, Teresa Fannin Eastham, daughter Ginger Eastham, daughter and son-in-law, Dorinda and George McGill, sister Tonya Eastham Gross, ten nieces and nephews, nineteen grandneices and nephews, much-loved furry grandkids Nora and Remy, and many more extended family members and friends.
Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday, January 26, at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, TX, from 6-8 pm. A memorial service will be held at Milestone Church in Keller, TX, on Thursday, January 27, at 10:30 am. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Stroke Association in honor of Jerry, a two-time stroke survivor. Donations can be made at
