Jerry D. Hollingsworth

Jerry D. Hollingsworth, age 68, of Hurst, TX passed away on Friday, October 6, 2024. Jerry was born in Duluth, Minnesota to Josette (Hollingsworth) Black and William Hollingsworth. He is preceded in death by his wife Peggy, brother Patrick Hollingsworth and stepfather Luther Black.

Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family. He was huge football fan but loved watching sports with his dog Elvis. He was a kind and caring person. Jerry would help anyone he could.

Jerry leaves behind his mother, Josette Black, sisters Christine Alejandro (David), Shirley Mulligan (Charlene). His nieces McKenzie Genovese (Lucas) and Tiphanie Ralston, and nephew Charles Ralston. Great nephew Colton Genovese and two great nieces Kaylin Genovese and Eloni Wales.

Visitation will be October 24th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and the service October 25th at 10:00 am both at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst with the burial to follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
