Jesse William Wade, 81, of Burleson passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 in the presence of his family.
Memorial Service: 10 a.m. Friday, August 3, 2018 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Burleson. Military honors at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery will be held at 9:30 am on Monday, August 6, 2018.
Mr. Wade is survived by his wife Yolanda; son, John.
Jesse was born on March 18, 1937 in Lone Oak, Texas, to the late Melvin Francis and the late Ollie Wade.
Jesse met his wife, Yolanda Garza, while working as an electrician at Mrs. Baird's Bakery in downtown Fort Worth and raised a family in Burleson, Texas where he lived until his death. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Jesse is remembered for his military service in the Korean conflict, for being a great provider to his family and his witty comments and humor. He was preceded in death by his brother, Melvin Louise and sister, Virginia Wade.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife and best friend, Yolanda G. Wade; son, John B. Wade; daughter, Jennifer Warren and husband, Clint; granddaughters, Drew and Peyton Warren. He is also survived by several family members, including nieces and nephews brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
