Jessica was born on December 21, 1961 in Indio, California. She married Jerry Baker August 30, 1980 in Enid, Oklahoma.
Jessica was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Deegan and father, John Clingman; Mother-n-law and father-n-law Barbara and Bill Baker; brother, John Clingman and sister, Diane Garrett.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years Jerry L. Baker; Son, Jarod A. Baker and his wife Kim Chi T. Vu; sisters, Virginia Naylor, Elizabeth Crawford and Robin Clingman; grandchildren, Paxton J. Baker and Ryan C. Baker.
