Jessica Mcruiz Baldillez

Jessica Baldillez, 71, of Fort Worth, TX went to be with our Heavenly Father on March, 29, 2020. Jessica was born on February 14, 1949, to Jesse McRuiz and Erlinda Martinez. She married the love of her life, Jose Baldillez, Jr., on October 16, 1971. They lived life to the fullest raising their three children. Jessica loved Tejano music and enjoyed dancing with her husband, Joe. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who always put her family first so selflessly. Jessica will be deeply missed by her family, loved ones, and friends. Our family takes comfort in knowing that she is rejoicing in Heaven with God and her loved ones.

Jessica is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jose Baldillez, Jr.; her son, Jason Baldillez (Spouse: Tracey Baldillez), her daughter, Jennifer Cabrera (Spouse: Teddy Cabrera), her daughter, Jolene Castro (Spouse: Thomas Castro); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Erin, Marijah, Natalia, Isabella, Jonah, and Matthew; and great-grandchildren, Elliana and Xavier. She is also survived by her sister, Linda Resendez; and an extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Jessica is preceded in death by her father, Jesse McRuiz, her mother, Erlinda Martinez McRuiz, her sister, Hortencia McRuiz, her granddaughter, Annalise Baldillez, her grandson, Nathan I. Castro, and other loved ones.
A private burial for immediate family will take place at Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery in Colleyville, TX. A Celebration of Life service will take place at Lucas Funeral Home at a later date; we will inform family and friends of the date and time.

In life, we loved you dearly; in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place; no one else will ever fill.
