Our beloved mother Jesus “Alicia” Dominguez, 82, of North Richland Hills, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Alicia grew up in El Paso, Texas, a town she loved, to parents Enrique & Consuelo Chacon. She worked as an AT&T bilingual operator for 37 years until retirement. She enjoyed spending time with family and listening to mariachis. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. Our mother will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Alicia was preceded in death by her husband Armando Dominguez; a son, Edmundo Madrid Jr.; and a daughter, Cynthia Madrid. Her surviving children include Joe Madrid (Patricia), Bianca Schlender (Dave), Steve Madrid (Judy), Mike Madrid, and Victoria Gardea (Alan). Alicia is survived by her grandchildren, Melanie Madrid, Stephanie Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Vanessa Madrid, Tony Hernandez, Angel Hernandez, Alaina Gardea, Christian Hernandez, David Madrid, and Sebastian Gardea. She will also be dearly missed by her 10 great-grandchildren and sister, Julie Lopez. The viewing will be held at Lucas Funeral Home, 1601 S Main St., Keller, TX 76248 on Sunday December 12th, 2021 from noon to 2 p.m. followed by the celebration of life at 2 p.m.
