Joan Erline Wessel Halliday, 89, of Ft. Worth, Texas passed away on Monday,
March 20 th 2023 at her residence surrounded by family. She was born in Paonia,
Colorado on August 14, 1933, the daughter of the late Ralph B. and Helen E.

transfers of Bob’s career as they made many lifelong friends along the way. From
Kansas to Colorado, Montana and North Carolina and from Texas through Ohio to

location and continue to make the family comfortable with each new move.
