Joan Brewer Harris

Joan Brewer Harris, died March 5, 2016 at the age of 76 at Woodridge Nursing Home after living with Alzheimer's disease for several years.

Joan was born on August 30, 1939, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Oscar and Charlsie Brewer. At the age of 18 she married the love of her life, Edgar Harris in Mangum. They had three girls to which she devoted her life to raising. A woman of faith, she shaped their sprituality by her tireless Christian example. She worked many years in fabric stores until retirement. She used her creative nature to spend many years cooking, baking, sewing and scrapbooking for family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar Harris, three daughters; Cynthia Kisel (John), Patricia Siver (Mark), and Louisa Arredondo, and grandchildren; Joe and Jason Kisel, Christopher Siver and Aidan Arredondo, and many other family and friends.
