Joan Ann (Parsons) Pempsell was born on December 11, 1932 in Buffalo, New York to the late Anna Catherine (Schmitt) Parsons and Henry Joseph Parsons. She passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 in Bedford, Texas.
She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a successful real estate agent but her most cherished job was being a wife, mother, and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe Pempsell and sister, Lynn Price.
She is survived and will be forever missed by her children, Paul Pempsell and wife, Pam of Austin, Texas; daughter, Debra Taylor of Brisbane, Australia, and daughter, Kelley Kelly of Bedford, Texas; grandchildren, Sam Kelly, Matt Kelly, Cori Kelly, and Rebecca Taylor; 7 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Gerry Wilson of Hurst, Texas and Lois Birdwell of Fort Worth, Texas.
The family will receive friends and visitors for a visitation by visitation only.
