Joe William Malone, Jr.

Joe William Malone, Jr. of Grapevine, Texas, passed away on November 30, 2020 after many years of suffering Parkinson’s Disease. He was 82 years old.
Joe was the husband of Gracie Malone of Grapevine, and Father of three sons, Matthew Todd Malone, Michael Allen Malone and Jason Kirk Malone.
Joe was employed by IBM for 33 years, and worked for 5 years after retirement as technical support for Plano Independent School District. Joe was a Christian and served as a deacon at First Baptist Church in Paris, Texas; Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Greenville, Texas and First Baptist Church of Grapevine, Texas, where he made many friends, brothers and sisters in Christ.
He was preceded in death by his son Michael; his parents, Joe Malone, Sr. and Naoma Malone; his brother Gary Malone and his sister, Janice Malone of Bonham, Texas.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Gracie Malone; sons, Matthew Malone, Jason Malone and his wife Jun and 8 grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held for family and close friends, to celebrate Joe’s life, at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Grapevine Cemetery, 901 N. Dooley St. Grapevine, TX. Please wear a mask.
A reception will be held at Gracie's house following the service.
