Joe Travis Schober, 64, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 7th, 2-4 pm at Lucas Funeral Home Grapevine.

Joe was born August 26, 1956 to Hazel and John Schober in Fort Worth, Texas. He started elementary school in Haltom city and then moved to Grapevine. He graduated from Grapevine High School in 1974. Joe attended ETSU in Commerce for 2 years and then finished is Bachelors Degree from A&M Commerce (Formerly ETSU) in 1989. Joe got his Real Estate License in 1988 when he went back to A&M to finish his degree. He enjoyed working as a realtor for over 15 years.
Joe enjoyed cooking, and especially cooking out. He loved to barbeque and use the smoker. He really liked to cook for others and enjoyed having them over for cookouts. Family and friends were the highlight of his life. Joe adored his once in a lifetime pet; his beloved Harley.
Joe is survived by his wife, Debbie Greener Schober; daughters, Jennifer Paty, Stacey Kelley and Sarah McGlothlin; 11 grandchildren, Brittney, Grace, Paige, Jake, Eve, Craig, Hannah, Luke, Jefferson, Ella and Zachary Joe; great grandson, Jason; brother, Johnny Ray Schober and his wife Donna; nieces, Crystal Jones and Allison Osterman; nephew, John Henry Schober and many more cousins and friends.
