The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of the staff at Texas Health Huguley Hospital especially the PCU floor and CICU. They treated Dave with kindness, respect and love. We were blessed that David got to hold and pet Daisy, his beloved dog, towards the end and that he was surrounded by family. David loved music (ask the nurses on the PCU floor) and had a wide and varied taste, but especially classical. David was an avid runner and biker for many years, and ran 50 marathons. David was a longtime member and served on the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Runners Club (FWRC). He and Nancy met while running.
