John Hicks

John Hicks passed peacefully Monday, July, 13, 2015. John was born and raised in Dallas, graduated from North Dallas High School and Dallas Baptist University. His love of sports and education led him to a 28-year career of teaching and coaching in Mesquite ISD. John’s legacy will be held by his wife Sam; son Robbie and wife Andrea; son Steven and wife Kate; siblings George Hicks and Susan Moore; and many other loving family and friends. John was preceded in death by sister Marilyn Vandergriff. Service: Friday, July 17, 11:00am at Sky Creek Ranch Clubhouse in Keller.
