John "Jack" Carroll Hanifan

John C. (Jack) Hanifan, 92, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who was born in Shullsburg, WI on December 16, 1924, died peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, February 25, 2017 and is now resting with the Lord. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Marian Gerlach Hanifan, 6 children, 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be held at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst, Texas, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. The funeral mass will be at St. Michael Catholic Church in Bedford on Thursday March 2, at 10:30 a.m. with the burial at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
