John Joseph Stafford, 95, of Fort Worth passed away on March 9, 2020.
Funeral: 11:00 am Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Keller. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, Texas. Services will be officiated by Rev. Keith Sanders. Visitation is from 6-8 pm Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller.
John was born on January 15, 1925 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Luna and William Stafford. He proudly served his country in as a pilot in the United States Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sybil; his parents; and his siblings, Frances, Pauline, and Paul.
John is survived by sons, John D. Stafford and Mark Stafford and wife Lisa; daughter, Karen Jourden; brother, Bill Stafford; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
