HURST -- John Bartlett Yeager, 70, passed away August 5, 2014. Graveside Service August 22, 2014 at 10:00 am at The Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Bart was a loving husband, outstanding father, and an amazing man. He was admired by many and was a trusted friend to everyone.
He served in the U.S Air Force and retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 30 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors spending time fishing, camping and riding his motorcycle. He was an avid Texas Rangers fan, and liked to spend his time studying history and reloading his own ammunition. He was a man of integrity, honesty, good humor and strength. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors: Wife of 20 years, Marjorie; sons, John Bartlett, Jr. and wife Deanna of Waterford, VA; Eric Lynn and wife Tanya of Mena, AR; Joshua John of Texarkana, TX; Brandon Andrew of Texarkana, TX; Dylan Cole of Texarkana, TX; daughters, Kimberly Dawn and husband Chris of San Antonio, TX; Jayne La Don and husband Vernon of Foreman, AR; Brooke Morgan of Texarkana, TX; 13 grand children, 10 great grand children.
