Jonah-Eli Sterling Haydon (Bub) finished his race of faith with his grand prize and entered into glory with Jesus on December 31, 2018 at Cook Children’s Hospital. Jonah was born to Jonathan and Randi Haydon on April 1, 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas. Jonah was diagnosed with Stage 4 Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma on December 26, 2017, and he fought one long, hard battle with such courage and strength.
Jonah was an amazing little person who was wise beyond his years. A lover of Jesus and his family, Jonah always made joy his compass and laughter his strength. Jonah was and always will be his daddy’s and mama’s Bub/Bubba. Jonah was the best big brother and friend to his siblings, Zanoah and Zimri. Jonah loved life, Legos, Star Wars, Captain America, Dallas Cowboys, TCU, being silly, laughing, dancing and his dog, Ranger.
He is survived by his parents, Jonathan and Randi, brother Zanoah, and sister, Zimri, numerous Great Grandparents, Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. He is proceeded in death by cousins, aunts, uncles, grandma Nan, and grandpa G-pops, and many great grandparents.
Visitation is from 5-7pm at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas on January 6, 2018. Memorial Service is at 10am on January 7, 2018 at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas.
The family has requested that there be no cell phone use or social media posting during the visitation and service.
