Joseph Hanzelka peacefully passed away on December 3rd, 2021, at age 71 in Colleyville, Texas.
His visitation will be held on Thursday, December 9th from 6-8pm at Lucas Funeral Homes, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas, 76053.
Joe was born on May 30th, 1950, in Waco, Texas. He met his wife Kay when they were in high school and got married on January 7th, 1971. Joe was an amazing husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Hanzelka, his three children; Brian Hanzelka, Angela Sullivan, and Travis Hanzelka, his sisters; Elizabeth Winfrey, Sylvia Gantt, and Carol Foster, his brother Chris Hanzelka, and his three grandchildren; Brooke and Caitlin Sullivan, and Bailey Hanzelka.
Joe will be forever remembered and loved by all who knew him.
