Josephine B. Czap

Josephine B. Czap, 86, of Grapevine, passed away Tuesday, January 08, 2019 after a lengthy illness. Jo, as she liked to be called, was born August 02, 1932 in Passaic N.J. to Josepfina and Liborio Bonincontro. She will be remembered for her kindheartedness and strong family values. She enjoyed cooking and baking and it was not unusual for her to give away over a hundred pounds of cookies at Christmas time.
SERVICE: A Mass will begin at 2:00 PM Monday at St. Michael Catholic Community in Bedford. Interment will follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 PM Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst with a prayer vigil to begin at 3:00 PM.
MEMORIALS: Should friends desire, contributions to a favorite charity are requested.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Holy Savior Hospice for the excellent care provided to her.
SURVIVORS: Son, Richard J. Czap of Grapevine, TX and the many friends and family members whose hearts she touched.
