Juanita Myrle Roberts ,92, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021. She went from holding our hands, to being held in God's arms. Juanita was born in Roscoe, Texas to Noah and Ora Bell Lewis on December 11, 1928 and was the youngest of eight children. She was married to Walter Roberts in 1946 and they were married for 40 years. Juanita loved cooking, baking, quilting, and traveling with her sisters. She was a member of Eastern Star, Code Blue, and was very active in her church.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; son, Wayland; and all seven of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons, Harvey and wife Dolores, Gary and wife Sandy, both of Fort Worth, TX; and daughter-in-law, Jana Lamb of Duncan, OK. The light of her life were her 8 grandchildren and their families. Honorary Pallbears, Chris Roberts, Chad Roberts, Corey Roberts, David Roberts, Heath Blair, Jim Roberts, and Jerry Lewis.
In her later years she resided at the Brookdale Oak Hollow Memory Care in Bedford, TX. The family would like to thank the caregivers, and all the staff for loving Juanita like family.
