Judith Green

BEDFORD -- Judith Green, 72, passed away Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, for her eternal home with Jesus Christ after fighting a tough and courageous battle with cancer. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Monday at Martin United Methodist Church in Bedford. Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Martin United Methodist Church, 2621 Bedford Road, Bedford, Texas 76021. Judy was born Nov. 26, 1939, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., to Rupert and Marie Roloff Geringer. Judy was a loving and caring mother and homemaker who enjoyed art, gardening and spending time with her family. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family and friends. Survivors: Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mike Green and wife, Sharon, Matt Green and wife, Kim, John David Green and wife, Jacqui, Teresa M. Bennett and husband, Rick, Becky Wilson and husband, Mike, and Charlotte Kozlowski and husband, Brett; brothers, Gerry Geringer, Kenny Geringer and Rick Geringer and wife, Patti; sister, Joanne Dohogne and husband, Jim; loving grandchildren, Stephanie Marshall, Dan Bennett, Lauren Bennett, Taylor Green, Michael Wilson, Ashlee Green, Jared Green, Shelbi Kozlowski, Jamie Green and Stanley Kozlowski. Her extended family at Martin United Methodist Church provided friendship and loving support during her battle.
