Judith (Judy) A. Trusler, 78, passed away February 6, 2022 at her home in Crowley. A memorial service will be held at 10:00am, Friday, February 11, 2022, at St. Francis Village Catholic Chapel in Crowley. A livestream of the service will be available at

Judy was born February 26, 1943 in Greenfield, Indiana to parents, Paul and Lorraine (Jones) Joyce, and grew up in Hancock County, Indiana. She retired from Fidelity Investments in Texas. Judy enjoyed living at St. Francis Village Retirement Community, where she has resided for the last 16 years. She was an active retiree who loved to garden. Judy never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Lorraine Joyce; sister, Carolyn Harp; brothers, Richard (Dick) Joyce, Sr., and Everett Joyce.
Judy is survived by her daughters, RaJeanna Johnson and husband, Mark and Michelle Lyle and husband, Dean; son, Roger Thomas; grandchildren, Brittany Johnson, Cody Thomas and husband, Matt, Austin Thomas and wife, Rebecca, Tori Rybka and husband, Derrick; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis Village Catholic Chapel, 4070 St. Francis Village Rd., Crowley, TX 76036.
