Judy Watts Rawls, “Honey” burst into heaven in a blaze of glory on October 20, 2016.
Her Memorial Celebration is scheduled for 3:00pm Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church, 9810 LaPrada, Dallas, TX 75228. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Honey's life.

Enrich Seniors serves the elderly in McLennan & Bosque counties through many independence and enrichment programs. The family would also like to thank her nurse, Stacey Koehler from Agape Home Health & Hospice for her tireless dedication to the care of Judy.
She was born on March 6, 1944 in Ft. Worth, TX. She graduated from Birdville High School in 1962. She was married to Bob Lucas on March 31,1961 until his death on November 11, 1962. She then married Ronnie Rawls on May 30, 1964. After living in Waco for 5 years, the family moved to Mesquite in 1969. She taught swimming lessons in Mesquite for 35 years where she taught thousands of children and adults to swim.
Most importantly…Judy was a devoted Christian. She spent her life serving God and others. She was a member of Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church in Dallas where she has led the Single Adult Sunday School Class for 25 years. She was a sought after speaker for Christian Women’s Clubs throughout the Southwest United States. She spent many weeks on Mission Trips to Central America. She was a loving individual who made it her lifelong goal to share the love of Jesus…no matter what she was going through. She never let her suffering go to waste. She ministered to everyone she came in contact with…even in her last days.
With her beautiful smile and her sincere interest in others, her life was a testimony of grace and unwavering faith.
Honey is survived by her husband, Ronnie; children, Shelly Green of Ft. Worth, TX, Bob & Stacey Rawls of Oklahoma City, OK and Greg and Casey Moore of Clifton, TX; Ten Grandchildren: Mattie, Sterling, Chase, Coulter, Carson, Ashlyn, Jonathan, Lucas, Blake & Stephen. One Great-Grandson, Cannon. And numerous other family members. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Bob Lucas, her parents, George & Cleo Watts and her older brother, Jerry Watts.
