Julie Derusha Glacy

Our wonderful Julie passed away peacefully the morning of February 7, 2022, with her husband lovingly by her side. Julie was an amazingly strong woman and has been described by her loved ones as ‘fierce’. A fierce businesswoman, mother, and wife. Known to her grandchildren as “G’ma”, she was the force that brought her family together with fun, love, and homemade lasagna - a unanimous favorite between all family members. We will dearly miss Julie and will forever cherish her in our hearts and memories. Julie DeRusha Glacy was preceded in death by her parents, Donald DeRusha and Dorothy Ellis. She is survived by her husband, Peter Glacy, and her children Donald Glacy and wife, Lindsay Glacy, and son Clifford Glacy, as well as grandchildren Hailey, Raven, Layla, Autumn, Wyatt, Lily, and Liberty-Grace.
An open-house Memorial service is to be held at a private location in Texas March 19, 2020. Please inquire with the family for details.
