Julie A. Renteria

September 29, 1980 — August 28, 2022

Julie A. Renteria, 41, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 28th, 2022.

Julie was born on September 29th, 1980, in Lubbock, TX. She was raised in Lubbock by her surviving parents Remijio and Ninfa Martinez. She had one older sister, Salley Martinez. She later relocated to Fort Worth, TX when she married her husband, Felipe Renteria. She had three amazing children, Felipe ‘Enrique’, Marina, and Briella who were her pride and joy. Julie always stressed the importance of education to her children and loved cheering her children on at their sports games.

Julie embraced living and working at MetaSource Mortgage. She had strong work ethics and was very loyal to her family and friends. All who knew Julie loved and respected her. She held a profound sense of humor which was contagious and warming with a laugh that could be heard from afar. If you were fortunate enough to experience her laughter, it would remain with you.

Julie loved music and dancing. She loved dancing around the house with her children and being together as often as could surrounded with family and friends making lasting memories. She was a loyal wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She valued her many friendships and seldom met a stranger. While she left this world too soon, she will be greatly missed by all.

Julie is survived by her husband, Felipe; son, Felipe ‘Enrique’; daughters, Marina and Briella; parents Remijio and Ninfa Martinez of Lubbock; sister Salley Martinez; and nephew, Christian Castillo; and many other family and friends.
