Kaleb Starr Smith, age 38, passed away suddenly on Sept. 25, 2016 from a brain aneurysm.
Kaleb was born June 29, 1978 in Galesburg, IL to Christina Stoneking Anderson and Butch Smith.
He graduated from Keller High School in 1996, worked at Kroger in Keller as a dairy manager. Kaleb was an amazing father and avid hockey fan and also a big fan of the Chicago Bears. Kaleb was kind, loving and very humble. He also enjoyed the lake, gaming, and music, and he will not only continue living in our thoughts and memories but also in other people’s lives as an organ and tissue donor.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, and paternal grandfather.
Kaleb is survived his mother, Christina Anderson of Fort Worth, TX; father, Butch(Cim) Smith of Bushnell, IL; son, Kameron Smith, and Kameron's mother Amber Bemis Smith of Watauga, TX;
brothers, Cody(Lyndi) Smith of Rushville, IL and Zach Smith of Naperville, IL; step Brothers, Mike Anderson of Saginaw, TX and Derek Anderson of Azle, TX; paternal grandmother, Doris Smith of Bushnell, IL; and his beloved dog Ringo.
A celebration of Kaleb's life will be 3pm, Saturday, October 1, at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller (817)753-6800.
Kaleb would prefer that everyone attending to please dress casual.
