Karel "Jeanie" Trent

Jeanie Trent, 83, of Bedford passed away peacefully on Friday November 26, 2021.

Visitation: Thursday 6-8 PM at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.

Service: 11:00 AM Friday December 3, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church in Bedford.

Jeanie was born on August 8, 1938 in Osage Co, Oklahoma to Treva and Dean Buno. She married Michael Trent and have shared 42 years of love and happiness. Jeanie was very involved in the ministry of Trinity Baptist Church of Bedford. She served as a secretary and helped in preparing meals for guests of the church. Jeanie shared the labor of love through the food bank at Trinity Baptist with help from her husband and son. She was dedicated to the Beach Club, an after-school program that shared the gospel by getting bibles into children’s hands. At home Jeanie prepared delicious meals where family could gather together and make memories for years to come.

Jeanie has joined in Heaven, her parents, Treva and Dean; sisters, Sydney, Dixie; son, Blaine and granddaughter, Keneil.

Those left to cherish her memory are husband, Michael; daughters Kelly, Treva; son, Tony; step-sons, David, Daniel; brother, Ron; grandchildren, Robert, Rhiannon, Rachel, Peyton, Parker, Cooper, Jason, T.J. McKenzie, Reese; great grandchildren, Lenea, Kane, Brendan, Ethan, Camden, Kyla, Carson, soon to be baby boy Cohen; great great grandchildren, Cohen, Nolan and soon to be baby boy Carson .
