Katherine A. Glicer

Katherine A. Glicer, 77, of Burleson, Texas passed away Monday, January 21, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 24, at Pathway Church, 325 N.W. Renfro Street, Burleson, TX. 76028. Rev. Judy Madden will officiate. Visitation prior to services. Kathi was born to Edward and Vivian Reitz on Nov. 14, 1941 and grew up in Sunbury Pennsylvania.
Kathi had a positive outlook even when struggling with multiple sclerosis at the age of 30.
She was a participant in the White House Conference for Disabilities and met President Carter to discuss legislation for handicapped individuals. Kathi moved to Texas and married Tom Glicer 30+ years ago and enjoyed traveling, attending women's events and her pets, especially her chihuahua named Mio. Most of all, she loved the Lord. Katherine is survived by her husband Thomas; son, Darren Wilt and wife Michele; daughters, Nicole Ruks, Kathi Marie Wilt, Leighann Campbell; grandchildren, Jennifer, Lynda, Justin, Andrew, Janel, Edward, Arren, Ashleigh; beloved nephew Eric Reitz.
