Katherine Bernice Urena, 48, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 31, 2016.
Funeral service 11am Friday, Williams & Lucas-Sylvania Funeral Chapel, 517 N. Sylvania Ave. Visitation 10am Friday at the funeral home.
Kathy, a native of Albany, Georgia, was born May 19, 1967 to Henry and Frederica Knighton Bell. She was a customer service agent for American Airlines for over 14 years. She was president of the Christian Employees Business Resource Group at D/FW American Airlines and a member of Caprock Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cesar in January of 2015.
She is survived by her children, Christopher Williams, Christiana Otero and husband, Aaron; mother, Frederica Knighton; sisters, Edotheer Holton and husband, Theodore; Annia Johnson and partner, Shelia Lee, Alicia Henry and husband, Darrell; aunts, uncles, 8 nieces, 1 nephew and a host of relatives.
