Kathleen Elizabeth Nagy (Nee Collins), age 71, passed away June 4, 2021 in Fort Worth Texas. She was born November 29, 1949 in Evergreen Park Illinois to John D. Collins and Elizabeth Jane Collins (Nee O’Donnell).

Kathleen graduated in 1967 from Little Flower Church High School in Chicago. She continued her education and graduated in 1970 with a nursing degree from St. Mary of Nazareth Nursing School. She was a long-time member of the Emergency Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association.

On July 5, 1974 she married Joseph Nagy in Oak Lawn Illinois and they began their life together.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Nagy; two children, Maureen Nagy and Colleen Walker and her husband Robert; nine grandchildren, Abby, Charlie, Teddy, Annie, Izzy, Alex, Becca, Luke and Chris; sister, Geraldine O’Connor (late William) and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, June 17, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2016 Willis Lane, Keller, Texas 76248.
