After a strong and courageous battle with breast cancer, Kelley Crisp of Keller, Texas was called to the Lord on December 11, 2019, surrounded by her loving family at Baylor
Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine, Texas, at the age of 57.
Kelley was the most wonderful person and she will always be remembered as the most loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born on July 22, 1962 in St. Joseph, Missouri, to Clyde and Patricia Nielsen. Kelley grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and graduated with Honors from Edmond Memorial High School in 1980. Upon graduating, Kelley attended college at Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma.
On April 15, 1989, Kelley married the love of her life, Rory Crisp. They later moved to Keller, Texas where she began her career at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas. On June 27 2005, Kelley and Rory welcomed their son, Kory Lee Crisp, into the world and he was the apple of Kelley’s eye. Kelley had the biggest heart and love for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
Kelley is survived by her husband, Rory Crisp of Keller, Texas; son, Kory Crisp of Keller, Texas; mother, Patricia Nielsen of Flower Mound, Texas; brother, Kraig Nielsen of Little Elm, Texas; sister, Kristy Ward of Rogers, Arkansas, and nephews, Andrew Nielsen, Austin Nielsen, Landon Segress, and Chaz Segress. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Nielsen of Flower Mound, Texas.
The Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 20, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at:
Cross Timbers Church, 1119 S. US Hwy. 377, Argyle Texas 76226.
