Kennard "Ken" A. Harris

Kennard “Ken” Harris, 83 of Hurst passed away March 13, 2017 in Bedford.
Visitation: Thursday, 6-8 p.m., Lucas Funeral Home Hurst; Funeral Service: Friday, 11:00 a.m., Calvary Lutheran Church, 7620 Baker Blvd. in Richland Hills.
Mr. Harris was born June 8, 1933 in Gran Quivira, New Mexico to Reverend Augustus and Clara Harris.
Mr. Harris was an Air Traffic Controller for 32 years. His greatest joy was spending time with his two granddaughters.
Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Marian Cohorn and Frankie Arnold and brother Darral Harris; He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Shirley Harris; sons Damian Atchison and Dustin Atchison; and granddaughters Rosalyn Chapa and Grace Atchison.
I lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Calvary Lutheran Church Building Fund.
