Kerri Rae Turpin

It is with great sadness that the family of Kerri Turpin announces her passing after a long battle with cancer on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the age of 47 years. Kerri will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Joeanna Roberts, her brother Randall Turpin, her children, Kiersten, and Kason, two grandchildren, Zaeden and Ka’Velle Jackson, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Kerri is preceded in death by her father Lynn Turpin and grandparents, Mama B and Coach.

Kerri Turpin was born in Midland Texas. She grew up in Grapevine Texas and graduated from Grapevine High School. Kerri was a caring soul who was a stranger to no one. She has many friends both young and old that care for her very much. Through over a decade battle with brain cancer, Kerri never once complained about her condition. She always wore a smile on her face and embraced life every single day with a positive attitude. Kerri will forever be remembered as a person that, Although she had terminal cancer, enjoyed the simple things that life had to offer and was happiest being herself.

A memorial service in memory of Kerri will be held on Saturday July 14, at 2:00pm at Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine Tx.
