Kim Lee Glass

March 15, 1960 — April 20, 2022

Kim Lee Glass of Omaha, Nebraska passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday April 20, 2022, at the age of 62. Kim was born in Omaha on March 15, 1960, to Edward and Bonnie Glass. While he was born in Nebraska, he was raised in Bedford, Texas and graduated from Trinity High School in Euless where he played football and threw shot put. After graduating, he joined the Carpenters Local Union 429 in Arlington, Texas. He worked for The Exhibit Group which then became Freeman Fabrications during his 42-year career as a carpenter.
He enjoyed Ford Mustangs and cars in general. He had two mustangs during his lifetime that he prized, especially his Shelby. While he treasured his cars and the time he had with them, the true love of Kim’s life was his only child and daughter Anna. He cherished all the moments and life events he was able to share with her. A couple of the more memorable included the birth of his two grandchildren. He was her only parent, her softball coach, her chauffer for all softball and volleyball events, and most importantly he was her biggest fan. They shared a love of classic rock, the Dallas Cowboys, and tacos.
Kim was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother Craig Glass. He is survived by his sister, Marcia Giannotti; daughter, Anna Angle; grandchildren, Devin, and Avry; and four nieces and nephews.
