Laquita Ann Gleim passed away on October 13, 2018.
She was born on January 17, 1936 to parents, Rufus and Lorene King in Thornton, Texas. Laquita grew up in Cleburne and graduated from Cleburne High School in 1955. She retired from Bell Helicopter after a 28 year career as Administrative Assistant. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening but her true joy was her grandchildren.
Laquita was preceded in death by her sons, Cary Vinson, Barry Vinson and Stanley Vinson; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.
She is survived by her husband Leroy; granddaughter, Baylee Vinson; Leroy's son, Paul Gleim and wife, Marie; Leroy's daughter, Teresa Gleim-Hanson and wife, Brenda; and Leroy's grandchildren, Michael Embrey, Brendon Gleim, and Harmony Austin; and many other extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
A private Memorial Service will be held in Cleburne, Texas. Date and time yet to be determined.
