Larry Don Norris

Larry Don Norris passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at his home from complications of Alzheimer's. He was 72 years old. Larry was born on January 6, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to Willliam Earle and Florence Norris. He graduated from Richardson High School in 1967 where he made many lifelong friends. He worked in Dallas as a structural draftsman for over 45 years. Larry married his wife, Andrea, in 1982. Larry loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle and enjoyed many great trips in the mountains of Colorado with Andrea. He was also a gifted singer. He sang in school and church productions as a young man and was part of a band in high school. Prior to his illness, he was the lead singer in a local country band for 12 years. Larry had two beautiful daughters, Adrian and Jodie, that he loved so much and was so proud of. He also had 7 wonderful grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Andrea; Daughters Adrian (Matt) Williams and Jodie (Brian) Harless; Grandchildren Matthew Williams, Savannah Williams, Jessica McCartney, Melanie Smoot, Lyndee Harless and Tucker Harless; Sisters Sandye Shock and Cherie (Dean) Spence and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by granddaughter Katie Williams and siblings Earl Norris and Betty Lloyd.
