EULESS - Laverne Hallmon, 84, passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, in Euless.

Funeral: Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022, 1:30 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Visitation: Tues. , Feb. 1, 2022, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home. Burial: will be at 3:00 p.m., Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.

Laverne retired from Boeing after25 years of doing a job she loved. She enjoyed going to various places during the week listening to her life partner Von Lawson and other musicians playing and singing, but most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bethel and Melissa Bradford; and son, Mark Thomas Cantrell.

Survivors: Life Partner, Von Lawson, children; Debbie Cunningham and husband, Troy, Dennis Cantrell and wife Joyce, Kenneth Cantrell and wife Jackie, Angie Jenks and husband Rich Stallings; grandchildren, Heather, Amber, Tabitha, Jenny, Jessie, Alex, Christian, Randi, Chris, several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; brothers; Nick, Gene and wife Dottie, Bobby, Richard and wife Pam and several nieces and nephews.
