Leah Bennett, 80, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016, surrounded by her loving family peacefully in her home.
Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, Euless, the Rev. Steve Heyduck officiating. Interment: 11:30 a.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst.
Leah was predeceased by her mother, Greta Todd; father, Fred Poss; husband, Paul Bennett Jr.; daughter, Michelle Graham; siblings, Mary Fisher, Bert Poss; and granddaughter, Lisa Lassiter. Survivors: Daughters, Kathy Thompson and Sherri Bryson; grandchildren, Kristi, Jeff Sr., Kevin, Michael, Melissa, Lindsay, Dustin; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Euless Police/Fire departments.
