Liliane Léontine Picard of Bedford, TX passed away on August 9th, 2023.

There will be a viewing August 13th from 4pm-7pm at Lucas Funeral Home located at 1321 Precinct Line Rd Hurst, TX 76053.
The burial will be at the DFW National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy Dallas, TX 75211 on August 22nd at 2pm.

She loved her family and had a passion for taking care of animals. She was very proud of becoming an American citizen. She always enjoyed the 4th of July pool parties that Bob and she hosted at their house. She loved to travel, take care of their garden and flowers, eat good seafood, and be around family. She enjoyed the recent visit from her family from France before her passing. She will be missed by her family and many friends she had.

Liliane was preceded in death by her mother, Raymonde Eligeer, and father, Robert Herbet.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Picard; daughter, Vanessa Evans and husband, Dustin; granddaughter, Emilia Evans.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the American Cancer Society or a veteran’s group of choice.
