Lorene was born on June 14, 1929 in San Antonio, TX. She enjoyed oil painting, sewing, reading, flower gardening and board and card games. She was preceded in death by her husband Cleburne Givens and daughter, Elizabeth Samford.
Survivors: Son, Roy Givens and wife, Nelda of Burleson; daughter, Jeanne Sweet and husband, Travis of Post, TX; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren
