Loretta Anne Pearson Bowden

LORETTA ANNE PEARSON GROVES BOWDEN, 85, resided in Hurst, Tx for the last 50 years. She passed away in the comfort of her home on the 1st of June 2023. She was born in a log cabin in Pennytown, Missouri on May 19, 1938 to Father: John Patrick Pearson Mother: Velma Edna Boots Pearson. She was the older sister to Julie Steed, and Larry Joe Pearson who preceded her in death. She was first married in 1956 to the father of her only child, Donald Fain Groves in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her second partner of 38 years, Ruben Luna Gonzales. Loretta was an avid reader, loved to fish, and she was always curious. She was many things, some of which included being a model, and serving at the Playboy Club in Kansas City in the 60’s. She was a proud Catholic.
Survived by her only child, Donald Michael Groves and his wife Lucy; She had many loving grandchildren including Elizabeth Anne Bowden, Christine Marie Maynor, David Michael Bowden, Christopher Anthony Abbato, Zachary Joseph Bowden, Mackenzie Ray Groves Bowden, Michael Scott Groves Bowden, and Margaret Helen Groves Bowden.
