Lori Gerlosky

Lori Lynn Gerlosky, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, in Grapevine, Texas, at the age of 65. Born on June 1, 1959, in Denver, Colorado, Lori was a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew her, known for her warm smile and her generous spirit.

On October 20, 1979, Lori married the love of her life, Wayne Gerlosky. Their partnership was a testament to the richness of love and companionship. Together, they built a nurturing home and raised their son, Hunter Gerlosky, who was the pride of Lori’s heart. She approached motherhood with immense passion and dedication, creating lasting memories filled with laughter, adventure, and unconditional love.

Lori lived life to the fullest, and her passions were as vibrant as her spirit. An incredible cook, she delighted in creating exquisite meals that brought family and friends together around the table. Whether hosting gatherings or embarking on journeys across the globe, her adventurous nature shone bright. She was known to be an adventurous traveler and a connoisseur of fine food, always exploring new flavors and experiences with an infectious enthusiasm.

Her legacy is also carried on by her cherished cousin, Karla Lallas, and the many friends whose lives were touched by her kindness and joy. Lori’s positive energy was magnetic; anyone who met her was sure to remember her.

She joins her loving parents, Joseph and Helen Veraldi, and her sister, Pamela Jo Veraldi, in eternal rest. The family and friends she leaves behind will forever hold her memory close, cherishing the moments shared and the love given.

Lori’s memorial service will be held at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller, Texas, on February 6, 2025, beginning at 10:30 AM. It will serve as a gathering to honor a remarkable woman whose spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to know her.
