Lynette Lansford

Lynette Lansford, loving wife of the late Russell Byron Lansford, passed away on June 12, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 63. Born in Dallas on February 12, 1961, Lynette was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

A compassionate soul, Lynette found joy in traveling and nurturing her grandchildren, whom she adored wholeheartedly. Her presence in the Latter Day Saints community was felt by all who knew her, as she shared her warmth and love with everyone around her.

Left to carry her memory forward are her children Nate and Aaron Lansford, Krysten Buffington, and Lauren Green, along with her 11 cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother Judy Emerson, her mother Janis Kimball, and will be reunited in the afterlife with her beloved husband, father, and brother.

A Funeral Service in her honor will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on June 22, 2024, at 10:00 am, where friends and family can pay their respects. The evening before, on June 21, a Visitation will take place at Lucas Funeral Home - Large Stateroom at 6:00 pm.
